| 摘要 |
探析循证护理对老年 2 型糖尿病患者护理效果的影响。方法 选取 2020 年 8 月~2021 年 8月期间我院收治的 80 例 2 型糖尿病患者，随机分为对照组 52 例（常规护理）和观察组 52 例（循证护理），对比两组的心理状态、生活质量、血糖水平和疾病知晓率。结果 护理前，两组患者的 SAS 评分、SDS 评分、各项生活质量评分、各项血糖水平对比无统计学意义（P>0.05）；护理后观察组的 SAS 评分、SDS 评分低于对照组，各项生活质量评分高于对照组，各项血糖水平低于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。此外，观察组的疾病知晓率高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 循证护理理可以改善老年 2 型糖尿病患者的不良心理状态，提高生活质量，有利于血糖水平的控制，增加对疾病的了解，值得临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the influence of evidence-based nursing on the nursing effect of elderlypatients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from August 2020to August 2021 were randomly divided into the control group (52 cases) and the observation group (52 cases)(evidence-based nursing). The psychological status, quality of life, blood glucose level and disease awareness rateof the two groups were compared. Results before nursing, there was no significant difference in SAS score, SDSscore, quality of life score and blood glucose level between the two groups (P > 0.05); After nursing, the SAS scoreand SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the quality of life score washigher than that of the control group, and the blood glucose level was lower than that of the control group, withstatistical significance (P < 0.05). In addition, the disease awareness rate of the observation group was higher thanthat of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion EBN can improve the poorpsychological state, improve the quality of life, control the blood sugar level and increase the understanding of thedisease of the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
