| Abstract |
Objective To explore the construction and application of self-management support module forgastrointestinal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy based on M-health. Methods: 90 young patients withgastrointestinal cancer who underwent surgical operation in our hospital were selected, and the included time wasfrom September 2021 to June 2022. They were randomly and evenly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in eachgroup. The control group and the observation group were given routine education+self-management, and the self-management support module based on M-health was given, and the intervention value between the groups wascompared. Results After the intervention, the STAI score and VAS score of the observation group were all betterthan those of the control group, and the nutritional status and sleep quality were better than those of the controlgroup, and the probability of mastering health knowledge was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy patients with gastrointestinal cancer receive the intervention of self-managementsupport module based on M-health, which is effective and worthy of development.
