Objective To explore the implementation effect of comprehensive nursing based on the treatmentof chronic cervicitis combined with HPV infection. Method selected in February 2021 to February 2022 in ourhospital admitted 80 cases of chronic cervicitis with HPV infection patients as the research object, using paritygrouping method is divided into two groups, all patients with sharp knife cervical conectomy, on the basis of thecontrol group for routine care, and the research group is comprehensive care, comparing the two groups of patientsrecovery effect, before and after nursing symptoms, nursing effect and nursing satisfaction, etc. Results Therecovery response rate was 95.00% higher than 72.50% in the control group, The difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05); There was no significant difference in pre-care points between the two groups (P> 0.05), Thesymptom points after care were significantly reduced compared with before care, And the nursing symptoms of thepatients in the study group were more significant, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); In thecontrol group, the health education, operational technology, psychological intervention and service attitude in theprocess of care were significantly lower than those in the study group, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Patient satisfaction with care in the study group was higher than that in the control group, The differencewas statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Patients with HPV infection can accelerate the recovery effect,improve the clinical symptoms, and have great clinical promotion value.
