集束化护理对食管癌术后并发症的干预分析

| 摘要 |
分析集束化护理对食管癌术后并发症的干预效果。方法 于我院行手术治疗的食管癌患者中选取 126 例，时间：2020 年 10 月~2022 年 10 月，随机均衡分为两组，将常规干预给予对照组，观察组行集束化护理，对比组间干预效果。结果 干预后，对比组间 SAS、SDS 评分、并发症发生率、SF-36 评分、满意度对比，观察组均较对照组优（P<0.05）。结论 食管癌手术患者开展集束化护理，获得了显著疗效，不良情绪缓解，并发症减少，生活质量提升，满意度提高，值得选用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the intervention effect of cluster nursing on postoperative complicationsof esophageal cancer. Methods 126 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent surgical treatment in ourhospital were randomly and evenly divided into two groups from October 2020 to October 2022. Routineintervention was given to the control group, and the observation group was given cluster nursing care to comparethe effect of intervention between groups. Results After intervention, the SAS, SDS score, complication rate, SF-36 score and satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionCluster nursing for patients with esophageal cancer surgery has achieved significant effect, with relief of bademotions, fewer complications, improved quality of life, and improved satisfaction, which is worth choosing.
