| 摘要 |
分析基于循证的加速康复外科护理用于脊柱侧凸围术期的价值。方法 对 2020 年 10 月-2022 年 9 月本科接诊脊柱侧凸手术病人（n=58）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各 29 人，前者采取基于循证的加速康复外科护理，后者行常规护理。对比首次肛门排气时间等指标。结果 关于住院时间、引流管拔除时间和首次肛门排气时间，试验组数据比对照组短（P＜0.05）。关于 VAS 评分：术后 6h 和 24h，试验组数据比对照组低（P＜0.05）。关于并发症，试验组发生率 0.0%，和对照组数据 13.79%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于 SDS 和 SAS 评分：试验组数据比对照组低（P＜0.05）。关于满意度，试验组数据 96.55%，和对照组数据 79.31%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 脊柱侧凸围术期用基于循证的加速康复外科护理，并发症发生率更低，满意度更高，心态更好，疼痛感减轻更加明显，病情恢复也更为迅速。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of evidence-based enhanced recovery after surgery nursing in theperioperative period of scoliosis. Methods A total of 58 undergraduate patients (n=58) with scoliosis surgery fromOctober 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into the trial group and the control group, with 29 patientsin each group. The former received evidence-based enhanced recovery after surgery nursing, while the latterreceived routine nursing. Compare the first anal exhaust time and other indicators. Results The hospital stay,drainage tube removal time and first anal exhaust time were shorter in the experimental group than in the controlgroup (P < 0.05). VAS score: at 6h and 24h after operation, the data of experimental group were lower than that ofcontrol group (P < 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 0.0%, which was lowerthan that in the control group (13.79%) (P < 0.05). Regarding SDS and SAS scores, the data of the experimentalgroup were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). As for satisfaction, 96.55% of the experimental groupwas higher than 79.31% of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The evidence-based enhanced recovery aftersurgery nursing in the perioperative period of scoliosis has lower incidence of complications, higher satisfaction,better mentality, more obvious pain relief, and more rapid recovery.
