| 摘要 |
分析在全科护理中实施健康教育的价值。方法 选取 2020 年 12 月至 2021 年 11 月收治的患者 100 例，随机分为观察组和对照组各 50 例，对照组采取基础护理，观察组采取加强健康教育，对比效果。结果 观察组 ESCA 评分高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组自身疾病认知程度评分高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组遵医行为评分高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组满意度 96.00%高于对照组 80.00%（P<0.05）。结论 在全科护理中采取健康教育可有效改善患者的遵医行为及自护能力，提升满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of health education in general nursing. Methods 100 patientsadmitted from December 2020 to November 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group and thecontrol group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group took basic nursing care, and the observation grouptook intensive health education to compare the effects. Results The ESCA score in the observation group washigher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The score of self disease cognition in the observation group washigher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The score of compliance behavior in the observation group washigher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The satisfaction of 96.00% in the observation group was higher thanthat of 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education in general nursing can effectivelyimprove patients compliance behavior and self-care ability, and enhance satisfaction.
