| 摘要 |
探究分析强化认知护理对冠心病患者的影响。方法 选取于 2020 年 1 月至 2021 年 12 月，我院收治的冠心病患者共 200 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 200 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用强化认知护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的疾病相关知识掌握情况以及患者心理状况。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在相关知识掌握情况以及患者心理状况方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对冠心病患者进行护理的过程中，采用强化认知护理模式对患者进行干预，能够有效的改善患者的心理状况，同时能够显著提升患者对于疾病相关知识的掌握情况。在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the influence of intensive cognitive nursing on patients withcoronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 200 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital fromJanuary 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the number of admissionsequences of patients, 200patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by randomnumber grouping. The control group was intervened with conventional nursing mode; The observation group wasintervened with intensive cognitive nursing mode. Comparative analysis of the control group and the observationgroup of disease related knowledge and mental status of patients. Results: After nursing intervention, theobservation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of the mastery of relevant knowledge andthe psychological status of patients, among which the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:In the process of nursing the patients with coronary heart disease, using the intensive cognitive nursing model tointervene the patients can effectively improve the patients psychological status, and can significantly improve thepatients mastery of disease related knowledge. In the process of practical application, it has excellent effect and isworth further promotion and application.
