| 摘要 |
探究在对眼科白内障患者围手术期护理的过程中将 CICARE 沟通模式进行运用的作用。方法 按照对比护理探究的方式展开探究，选入 2021 年 2 月至 2022 年 4 月本院进行手术治疗的白内障患者200 例为对象，盲选划分为对照组（100 例，行常规护理）和观察组（100 例，按照 CICARE 沟通模式开展护理）。分析患者的恢复情况。结果 结合对两组治疗依从性、护理满意度以及患者对于病症知识的认知程度，观察组均存在优势，P<0.05。结论 在对眼科白内障患者进行围术期护理中按照 CICARE 沟通模式进行护理干预，可以促使患者治疗依从性提升，并增加患者对自身病症的认知水平，提升护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the role of CICARE communication mode in the perioperative nursing ofpatients with cataract in the department of ophthalmology. Methods The inquiry was carried out in the way ofcomparative nursing inquiry. 200 cataract patients who were selected for surgical treatment in our hospital fromFebruary 2021 to April 2022 were selected as subjects. They were blindly divided into the control group (100patients, receiving routine nursing care) and the observation group (100 patients, receiving nursing care accordingto CICARE communication mode). Analyze the recovery of patients. Results Combined with the treatmentcompliance, nursing satisfaction and patients cognition of disease knowledge, the observation group hadadvantages (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention in accordance with CICARE communication mode inperioperative nursing care of patients with cataract in ophthalmology department can promote patients treatmentcompliance, increase patients awareness of their own symptoms, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
