| 摘要 |
探讨研究优质护理在临床的应用价值，并深入分析将此项干预措施应用在心内科护理工作中，验证其有效性。方法 收集 107 例在 2021 年 9 月~2022 年 10 月期间我院心内科收治的病例，判定其符合纳入标准后，展开分组研究，后对两组患者心理状态、护理满意度情况、生活质量评分进行调查，对各项数据进行分析、比较，并将其予以整合做详细阐述。结果 经统计分析后，观察组在心理状态、护理满意度情况、生活质量评分统计中，各项指标均远优于对照组，组间数据达到 P 小于 0.05，存在对比性。结论 将优质护理运用在心内科护理工作中，其护理效果良好，能够有效改善患者负性情绪，且提高患者生活质量，获得患者一致认可与满意，建议应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the application value of high-quality nursing in clinical practice, and todeeply analyze the application of this nursing care in cardiology department. Method to collect 107 cases inSeptember 2021 ~ October 2022 during our cardiology admitted cases, determine its meet the inclusion criteria,group study, after two groups of patients with psychological status, nursing satisfaction, quality of life score, to thedata analysis, comparison, and will be integrated to elaborate in detail. Results After statistical analysis, theobservation group were far better than the control group in the psychological state, nursing satisfaction and qualityof life score statistics, and the data reached P of less than 0.05, which was comparative. Conclusion Usinghigh-quality nursing in the department of cardiology nursing, excellent nursing effect, can effectively improvepatients negative mood, improve their quality of life, can be unanimously recognized and satisfied by patients,recommended application.
