Objective To explore and analyze the value of comprehensive nursing in the perioperativenursing of minimally invasive surgery for childrens hernia. Methods A total of 80 children with hernia admitted toour hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the numberof admission sequences, 80 children were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The controlgroup was intervened with conventional nursing mode; The observation group was intervened with comprehensivenursing mode. The nursing satisfaction of the control group and the observation group was compared and analyzed;The incidence of complications and the degree of pain. Results After nursing intervention, the observation groupwas satisfied with nursing; The incidence of complications and the degree of pain in the control group weresignificantly better than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion In the process of nursing children withhernia who received minimally invasive surgery intervention, the comprehensive nursing model can effectivelyimprove the satisfaction of nursing, and can significantly reduce the degree of pain and the incidence ofcomplications in children. It has excellent effect in the process of practical application, and is worth furtherpromotion and application.
