| 摘要 |
观察急性咽喉炎雾化吸入中应用护理指导的效果。方法 研究时间在 2021.1 月份到 2022.1月份，研究对象为上述期间我院收治的 80 例急性咽喉炎患者，随机分成研究组与对照组，各组中纳入 40例患者，研究组接受优质护理指导，对照组接受常规护理指导，对分别指导下患者的护理满意度评分、治疗有效率以及症状消退时间进行对比。结果 护理满意度评分两组对比上，研究组的护理满意度评分显著高于对照组，研究组的症状消退时间均短于对照组，P＜0.05，研究组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 优质护理指导用于急性咽喉炎患者雾化吸入治疗中，会加快患者症状消失的速度，使患者享受到优质的护理服务，满意护理工作，值得运用。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the effect of nursing guidance in atomized inhalation of acute pharyngitis.Methods The study was conducted from November 2021 to February 2022.1. The study subjects were 80 patientswith acute pharyngitis admitted to our hospital during the above period. They were randomly divided into the studygroup and the control group. 40 patients were included in each group. The study group received high-qualitynursing guidance, and the control group received conventional nursing guidance. The nursing satisfaction scores,treatment effectiveness and symptom regression time of patients under the guidance were compared. ResultsCompared with the two groups, the nursing satisfaction score of the study group was significantly higher than thatof the control group, and the symptom resolution time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). The treatment efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing guidance used in aerosol inhalation therapy for patients with acutepharyngitis will speed up the disappearance of patients symptoms, enable patients to enjoy high-quality nursingservices, and satisfy the nursing work, which is worth using.
