| 摘要 |
分析乙肝肝硬化失代偿（DCC）患者药物治疗中实施个性化护理的效果。方法 选取 2020年 11 月至 2021 年 12 月收治的 DCC 患者 98 例，随机分为观察组和对照组各 49 例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组给予个性化护理，对比效果。结果 观察组心理状态评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组生活质量评分、治疗依从率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 个性化护理在 DCC 患者药物治疗中可有效提升患者治疗依从性，改善不良情绪。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing in drug treatment of patients withdecompensated cirrhosis of hepatitis B (DCC). Methods 98 patients with DCC admitted from November 2020 toDecember 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 49 patients in eachgroup. The control group was given routine care, while the observation group was given personalized care, and theeffects were compared. Results The scores of psychological state in the observation group were lower than those inthe control group (P<0.05); The scores of quality of life and compliance rate of treatment in the observation groupwere higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized nursing can effectively improve thecompliance of patients with DCC and improve their bad mood.
