课程思政融入《护理学导论》的教学探索与实施

摘要
探讨护理学导论课程思政教学探索与实践的应用效果。方法 确定课程思政元素,收集思政素材;选取2018级和2019级8个护理学专业本科班共336名学生为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组;对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组实施课程思政教学模式,对比两组期末成绩和育人效果。结果 课程结束后,观察组学生的期末成绩和育人效果与对照组学生有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 在护理学导论课程中开展思政教学,有利于提高学生学习成绩和育人效果,实现传授知识、培养能力和引领价值观的有机统一。
Abstract
Objective To explore the ideological and political teaching mode and practice of nursing introduction course. Methods To determine the ideological and political elements of the course and collect ideological and political materials; A total of 336 students from 8 undergraduate nursing classes of 2018 and 2019 were selected as the research objects, which were divided into control group and observation group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, and the observation group implemented the course ideological and political teaching mode. The final scores and educational effects of the two groups were compared. Results After the course, the final score and educational effect of the observation group and the control group were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Carrying out ideological and political teaching in nursing introduction course is beneficial to improve students academic performance and educational effect, and realize the organic unity of imparting knowledge, cultivating ability and leading values.
