多维预康复干预在人工全膝关节置换术患者中的应用

| 摘要 |
对人工全膝关节置换术患者采取多维预康复干预的效果进行研究分析。方法 随机抽取本院于2020年1月至2021年1月期间收治的采取人工全膝关节置换术治疗的患者，共计300例。按照信封抽签法分成两个组，分别实施常规干预（对照组）与多维预康复干预（实验组），每组各为150例。为了验证多维预康复干预在人工全膝关节置换术治疗中的效果，以各个时间段的膝关节屈膝度、疼痛评分、焦虑评分以及干预满意度来进行评价。结果 膝关节屈膝度数据上可见，在入院当日两组的膝关节屈膝度对比差异无法满足统计学含义（P＞0.05），实验组术后3天、7天以及14天的膝关节屈膝度相比较对照组较高（P＜0.05）。疼痛评分数据上可见，两组入院当日对比差异无法满足统计学含义（P＞0.05），实验组术后3天、7天以及14天的疼痛评分相比较对照组较低（P＜0.05）。结论 在人工全膝关节置换术患者的干预中施行多维预康复干预，可提升患者的膝关节屈膝度，缓解其疼痛，同时能够消除患者的负面情绪，从而患者对该干预效果较为满意。

| Abstract |
Objective To study and analyze the effect of multidimensional pre rehabilitation intervention on patients after total knee arthroplasty. Methods A total of300 patients treated with total knee arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly selected. According to the envelope lottery method, they were divided into two groups, with 150 cases in each group. In order to verify the effect of multi-dimensional pre rehabilitation pre after total knee arthroplasty, the knee flexion, pain score, anxiety score and intervention satisfaction at each time period were evaluated. Results the knee flexion data showed that the difference of knee flexion between the two groups on the day of admission could not meet the statistical significance (P > 0.05). The knee flexion of the experimental group on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after operation was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). It can be seen from the pain score data that the difference between the two groups on the day of admission can not meet the statistical significance (P > 0.05). The pain scores of the experimental group at 3, 7 and 14 days after operation are lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). In terms of anxiety score, the difference between the two groups before intervention could not meet the statistical significance (P > 0.05). Conclusion in the intervention of patients after total knee arthroplasty, the implementation of multidimensional pre rehabilitation pre intervention can improve the knee flexion of patients, alleviate their pain, and eliminate the negative emotions of patients, so patients are more satisfied with the effect of the intervention.
