| 摘要 |
探究分析初诊恶性血液病患者应用叙事护理的效果观察。方法 选取我院2020年6月-2022年6月收治的初诊恶性血液病患者60例作为研究对象，对照组常规护理，研究组结合叙事护理，观察两组患者满意度、负面情绪、自我效能感。结果 研究组患者满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组负面情绪评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组自我效能感好于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 通过对初诊恶性血液病患者实施叙事护理取得良好成效，值得应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate and analyze the observation of the effect of applying narrative nursing in patients with primary malignant hematological disease. Methods Sixty cases of patients with primary malignant hematological disease admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects, with conventional care in the control group and narrative care combined in the study group, and patient satisfaction, negative emotion and self-efficacy were observed in both groups. Results Patient satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); negative emotion score in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); self-efficacy in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Good results were achieved through the implementation of narrative care for patients with primary malignant hematological disease, which is worthy of application.
