摘要
研究 PDCA 循环在牙周病后期临床教学中应用效果。方法 选取医学本科47名学生作为研究对象,实验组28人采用PDCA 循环教学法,对照组19人采用传统方式教学。结果 实验组毕业实习技能考核评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学生对于教学计划的安排、开拓学习视野、提高学习兴趣、提高教学质量和培养综合分析问题的能力等方面,满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在口腔医学后期临床教学中引入 PDCA 循环能够有效提升教学质量。
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of PDCA circulation in clinical teaching of periodontal disease. Methods 47 medical undergraduates were selected as the subjects. The experimental group (28) used PDCA cycle teaching method, and the control group (19) used traditional teaching method. Results The scores of graduation practice skills in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the students in the experimental group with the arrangement of the teaching plan, broadening the learning horizon, improving the learning interest, improving the teaching quality and cultivating the ability to comprehensively analyze problems were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The introduction of PDCA cycle in the late clinical teaching of stomatology can effectively improve the teaching quality.
