雌孕激素联合应用与达英－35治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的临床效果比较

| 摘要 |
对于青春期功能性子宫出血治疗过程中，比较采取雌孕激素联合应用与达英－35的治疗效果与患者出血现象的控制效果。方法 以2021年2月到2022年1月作为本次研究时间，选择我院接收的80例青春期功能性子宫出血患者作为本次研究对象，按照就诊顺序分为对照组40例（雌孕激素联合应用治疗）与观察组40例（达英－35），比较两组青春期功能性子宫出血患者的临床治疗总有效率、完全止血时间、控制出血时间、不良反应的发生率。结果 观察组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组；观察组的完全止血时间、控制出血时间、不良反应的发生率均低于对照组，（P＜0.05），两组间相关数据比较后有明显差异性存在。结论 对于青春期功能性子宫出血治疗过程中，通过采用达英－35治疗效果比雌孕激素联合应用治疗效果更加确切，可以快速地控制患者的出血状况，安全有效，值得推荐。

| Abstract |
Objective: To compare the therapeutic effect of combined use of estrogen and progesterone and Diane-35 in the treatment of adolescent functional uterine bleeding and the control effect of bleeding phenomenon. Methods From February 2021 to January 2022 as the research time, 80 patients with adolescent functional uterine bleeding received in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and divided into 40 patients in the control group (estrogen and progesterone combined) according to the order of treatment. The total effective rate of clinical treatment, complete hemostasis time, bleeding control time, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients with adolescent functional uterine bleeding. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group; the time to complete hemostasis, the time to control bleeding, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Significant differences exist. Conclusion In the treatment of adolescent functional uterine bleeding, the effect of using Diane-35 is more accurate than the combined application of estrogen and progesterone, which can quickly control the bleeding status of patients.
