消肿用手套芒硝袋在前臂骨折手法复位术后肢端肿胀的疗效观察

| 摘要 |
观察消肿用手套芒硝袋治疗前臂骨折手法复位术后肢端肿胀的临床疗效。方法 选取80例前臂骨折手法复位术后患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例。对照组采用传统芒硝布袋外敷法治疗，观察组使用消肿用手套芒硝外敷法治疗，均2次/d，每次外敷4小时,两组均是入院后患肢予手法复位，夹板外固定，垫枕抬高患肢，静滴0.9%NS250ml加注射用七叶皂苷钠20 mgqd；比较两组患者的疗效。结果 研究显示，观察组治疗过程中肿胀值、疼痛值明显低于对照组，消肿率及依从率显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 消肿用手套芒硝袋治疗前臂骨折手法复位术后肢端肿胀，消肿效果优于传统芒硝布袋外敷法。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the postoperative limb swelling. Methods 80 patients after forearm fracture manipulation reduction were selected and randomly divided into observation and control groups with 40 patients each. The control group used the traditional external application, and the observation group used swelling twice / d for 4 hours. Both groups had the affected limb reset after admission, splint fixed, the pillow raised the affected limb, static 0.9%NS250ml plus cyclocin 20 mg qd; compare the efficacy of the two groups. Results The study showed that the swelling values and pain values in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the swelling reduction rate and compliance rate was significantly better (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of the limb swelling is better than the traditional method of external application.
