| 摘要 |
通过麻醉处理对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后并发症的影响。方法 选取2020年12月-2021年12月期间我院骨外科治疗的84例股骨粗隆间骨折高龄患者，将其随机分组，对照组通过全麻处理；研究组通过椎管内麻醉处理。结果 研究组患者术后并发症的发生率为2.38%显著小于对照组的21.43%，差异P<0.05有统计学意义。结论 高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者通过椎管内麻醉处理，可明显减少术后并发症的发生，有效促进患者的恢复，可在骨科临床中积极推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of anesthesia on postoperative complications in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture treated in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with general anesthesia. The study group was treated with intraspinal anesthesia. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 2.38% significantly lower than 21.43% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Intraspinal anesthesia treatment for elderly patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and effectively promote the recovery of patients, which can be actively promoted in orthopedic clinical practice.
