| 摘要 |
探讨优质护理在鼻出血患者中的价值。方法 采取随机数字表法将本院在 2021 年 1 月-2021年 12 月期间收治的 90 例鼻出血患者进行分组。对照组（n=45）进行常规基础护理，观察组（n=45）进行优质护理干预。对比两组患者护理后满意度、护理舒适度及护理质量。结果 对鼻出血患者实施优质护理效果显著，与对照组比较，观察组护理满意度（服务态度、服务技术、服务效率、服务质量、时间管理）更高（P<0.05）。护理质量相比，观察组优于对照组患者，且观察组患者的护理舒适度明显高于对照组患者，（p＜0.05）。结论 通过分析优质护理服务用于鼻出血患者中的效果显著，能够缓解患者临床症状，提高护理满意度及舒适度，提高患者护理质量，值得临床进一步推行。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the value of high-quality nursing in patients with epistaxis. Methods 90patients with epistaxis admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were divided into groups byrandom number table. The control group (n=45) received routine basic nursing, and the observation group (n=45)received high-quality nursing intervention. The satisfaction, comfort and quality of nursing were compared betweenthe two groups. Results The effect of high-quality nursing for patients with epistaxis was significant. Comparedwith the control group, the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction (service attitude, service technology,service efficiency, service quality, time management) (P<0.05). Compared with the quality of care, the observationgroup was better than the control group, and the nursing comfort of the observation group was significantly higherthan that of the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion By analyzing the effect of high-quality nursing service inpatients with epistaxis, it can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the satisfaction and comfort ofnursing, and improve the quality of patient care, which is worthy of further clinical implementation.
