| 摘要 |
观察肾小球肾炎患者的综合护理应用效果，评价其应用价值。方法 按照研究纳入及排除标准从 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月内收治的肾小球肾炎患者中选取 80 例作为研究对象，编号 1-90 号，随机分组为对照组与观察组，各 45 例，对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组患者接受综合护理护理，对比患者健康指数、负面情绪情况、护理有效率。结果 经不同护理方式干预后，观察组患者护理有效率更高、负面情绪改善程度更大、健康程度更好，指标差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针对肾小球肾炎患者展开综合护理干预能够有效改善患者症状，从而提高健康程度、改善负面情绪，综合护理护理干预临床效果好，有推广应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with glomerulonephritisand evaluate its application value. Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study, 80patients with glomerulonephritis admitted from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,numbered 1-90. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 45 patients ineach group. The patients in the control group received routine care and the patients in the observation groupreceived comprehensive nursing care. The health index, negative emotions and nursing effectiveness of the patientswere compared. Results After the intervention of different nursing methods, the patients in the observation grouphad higher nursing efficiency, greater improvement in negative emotions, and better health, with statisticallysignificant differences in indicators (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients withglomerulonephritis can effectively improve the symptoms of patients, thereby improving the health level andimproving negative emotions. The comprehensive nursing intervention has good clinical effect and is worthpopularizing.
