| 摘要 |
探究人文关怀在辅助生殖中心的临床效果和使用价值。方法 选取我院辅助生殖中心收治的患者 100 例，将其按照随机分组法的分为对照组（50 例，使用常规护理）和观察组（50 例，使用人文关怀护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用人文关怀护理后，其 SDS、SAS 评分，生活质量评分、护理满意度及妊娠率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在辅助生殖中心护理工作中，采用人文关怀护理能取得较佳的效果，可改善患者心理状态，提升其生活质量，提高其护理满意度与妊娠率。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect and value of humanistic care in assisted reproductioncenters. Methods 100 patients in the assisted reproduction center of our hospital were randomly divided into thecontrol group (50 cases, using conventional nursing) and the observation group (50 cases, using humanistic care).The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results After receiving nursing care, the patients in the twogroups achieved certain results, but the SDS, SAS scores, quality of life scores, nursing satisfaction and pregnancyrate in the observation group were better than those in the control group after using humanistic care care, withstatistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing work of the assisted reproduction center,humanistic care can achieve better results, improve the psychological status of patients, enhance their quality of life,and improve their nursing satisfaction and pregnancy rate.
