精准化护理在泌尿外科机器人手术的应用

| 摘要 |
本文探究分析泌尿外科机器人手术患者采用精准化护理干预的临床效果。方法 研究时间以 2021 年至 2022 年期间我院各大外科行手术治疗的患者为选择标准，筛选其中 500 例为入组样本，采用奇偶数字方法进行分组，均分为两组，分别行精准化护理（研究组）、以及常规护理（对照组），观察两组护理后成效。结果 研究组恢复情况相比另一组体现较高优势 P＜0.05，焦虑、抑郁评分、不良反应发生率显低于另一组 P＜0.05，且并发症发生率呈明显下降趋势，与另一组差异明显，体现 P＜0.05，呈现统计学意义。结论 将精准化护理应用于泌尿外科行机器人手术治疗的患者中，可有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，减少患者并发症发生率，促进患者尽快恢复，并缩短其住院时间，应用效果良好，临床实施价值明显。

| Abstract |
Objective This paper explores the clinical effect of precision nursing intervention in urologyrobotic surgery patients. Method research time during 2021 to 2022 our urology surgical treatment for the selectioncriteria, screening 500 cases for enrolled samples, using parity digital method for grouping, are divided into twogroups, respectively line precision care (research group), and routine care (control group), observe two groups afternursing results. Results The recovery rate of the study group was P <0.05, and the incidence of anxiety, depressionscore and adverse effects was lower than that of the other group, P <0.05, and the complication rate showed asignificant downward trend, and was significantly different from another group, reflecting P <0.05, showingstatistical significance. Conclusion Using precision nursing to patients undergoing robotic surgery in urologydepartment can effectively relieve patients anxiety and depression, reduce the incidence of complications, promotepatients recovery as soon as possible, and shorten their hospital stay, with good application effect and obviousclinical implementation value.
