探讨重症加强护理对病房机械通气患者发生肺部感染的影响

| 摘要 |
分析在对病房机械通气患者进行护理的过程中开展重症加强护理对于降低患者肺部感染发生率以及促进患者恢复的作用。方法 结合对比护理观察的方式开展探究，纳入患者 88 例，开展时间为2021 年 2 月至 2022 年 5 月，双盲法均分为对照组（44 例，常规护理）和观察组（44 例，重症加强护理）。分析护理干预效果。结果 对比两组机械通气时间、ICU 治疗时间以及呼吸症状改善时间，观察组均短于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组治疗过程中并发症发生率，观察组发生率低于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对病房机械通气患者进行护理的过程中开展重症加强护理，可以达到促进患者恢复的目的，降低患者肺部感染发生率，有助于患者恢复。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of intensive care on reducing the incidence of pulmonaryinfection and promoting the recovery of patients in the process of nursing mechanical ventilation patients in wards.Methods Combined with the way of comparative nursing observation, 88 patients were included in the study,which was carried out from February 2021 to May 2022. The double blind method was divided into the controlgroup (44 cases, routine nursing) and the observation group (44 cases, intensive nursing for severe patients). Toanalyze the effect of nursing intervention. Results The time of mechanical ventilation, ICU treatment andimprovement of respiratory symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the two groups was compared. The incidence of complications in theobservation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Intensive care for severe patientsin the process of nursing care for patients with mechanical ventilation in the ward can promote the recovery ofpatients, reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection and help patients recover.
