| 摘要 |
分析在对 ICU 重症患者进行护理的过程中将心理护理干预进行运用的作用。方法 按照对比护理观察的方式开展探究，纳入患者为 88 例，开展时间为 2021 年 3 月至 2022 年 5 月，按照双盲法均分为对照组（44 例，常规护理）和观察组（44 例，心理护理干预）。分析患者恢复情况。结果 对比两组干预前后心理状态，干预前无差异，P>0.05，干预后观察组具备优势，P<0.05。对比两组护理满意度、生活质量，观察组同样优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对 ICU 重症患者进行护理的过程中将心理护理干预进行运用，可以对患者在治疗期间心理状态进行改善，并提升患者的护理满意度以及生活质量，有助于患者进行恢复。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the role of psychological nursing intervention in the process of intensivecare for ICU patients. Methods According to the way of comparative nursing observation, 88 patients wereincluded in the study, which was carried out from March 2021 to May 2022. According to the double blind method,they were divided into the control group (44 cases, regular nursing) and the observation group (44 cases,psychological nursing intervention). Analyze the patients recovery. Results There was no difference inpsychological status between the two groups before and after intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, theobservation group had advantages (P<0.05). Compared the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups,the observation group was also better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application ofpsychological nursing intervention in the process of nursing ICU severe patients can improve the patientspsychological status during the treatment period, enhance the patients satisfaction with nursing and quality of life,and help patients to recover.
