| 摘要 |
探究分析早期定量运动护理在预防急诊 ICU 患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法 选取于 2022 年 1 月至 2022 年 8 月，我院急诊 ICU 患者共 80 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 80 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组，对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用早期定量运动护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的下肢深静脉血栓发生率以及护理满意度。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在下肢深静脉血栓发生率以及护理满意度。方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对急诊 ICU 患者进行护理的过程中，采用早期定量运动护理模式进行干预，能够有效改善患者的下肢深静脉血栓发生率，同时能够显著提升患者的护理满意度，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of early quantitative exercise nursing on preventingdeep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in emergency ICU patients. Methods a total of 80 emergency ICU patientsfrom January 2022 to August 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the admission sequencenumber of patients, 80 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random numbergrouping. The control group was intervened by routine nursing mode; The observation group used earlyquantitative exercise nursing mode to intervene. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs andnursing satisfaction were compared between the control group and the observation group. Results after nursingintervention, the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs and nursing satisfaction were improved in theobservation group. In this respect, it was significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions in theprocess of nursing emergency ICU patients, the early quantitative exercise nursing model can effectively improvethe incidence of deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs of patients, and significantly improve the patientssatisfaction with nursing. It has excellent effects in the process of practical application and is worthy of furtherpromotion and application.
