Objective To investigate the efficacy of amiodarone combined with metoprolol succinate in emergency treatment of ventricular arrhythmia and its influence on patients psychological status. Methods A total of 50 patients with arrhythmias received in our hospital from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected. They were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table: the observation group and the control group, with 25 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional methods. The patients in the observation group were treated with amiodarone combined with metoprolol succinate, and the relevant clinical indicators of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 96.00% and 80.00% respectively (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the heart rate of the patients in the observation group after treatment was significantly different (P<0.05); The heart function grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P; After treatment, the number of matrix ventricular tachycardia episodes and the total number of ventricular contractions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Amiodarone combined with metoprolol succinate can effectively improve the clinical effect and heart rate of patients with ventricular arrhythmia.
