| 摘要 |
分析 Crede 手法联合控尿训练对宫颈癌术后膀胱功能影护理影响。方法 选择我院于2019.10-2020.10，1 年内收治的宫颈癌术后患者 100 例，随机进行分组，分为对照组（50 例，使用尿管留置配合常规护理方法）和观察组（50 例，实施 Crede 手法联合控尿训练）。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组的尿动力，残尿量及尿潴留情况均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对宫颈癌术后患者实施临床护理时，通过 Crede 手法联合控尿训练可取得明显更佳的效果，可有效帮助患者在术后恢复自主排尿功能，降低泌尿系统的感染，提高生活质量，在临床上有较高的应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the influence of Cree maneuver combined with urinary control training onbladder function shadow nursing after cervical cancer surgery. Methods 100 cases of postoperative cervical cancerpatients admitted in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected. All patients were randomlydivided into two groups: the control group (50 cases, using urinary tube retention with routine nursing) and theobservation group (50 cases, using Cree maneuver combined with urine control training). Collect and analyze theeffect of the two groups of patients after the completion of nursing. Results both groups of patients achievedcertain effects after receiving nursing, but the urodynamics, residual urine volume and urinary retention of theobservation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the clinical nursing of patients with cervical cancer after surgery, Crede maneuver combinedwith urine control training can achieve significantly better results, which can effectively help patients recover theirautonomous urination function after surgery, reduce urinary system infection, improve quality of life, and havehigher clinical application value.
