社区护理在老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果分析

| 摘要 |
实验将针对老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者实施社区护理管理，进一步提高患者的病情管控成果，保障生活质量。方法 研究筛选出了一共156例老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者为对象，都于2021年1月至2021年12月进入本院治疗，以平行对照法为原则分组。对照组实行常规护理模式，观察组实施社区护理管理，对比护理成果。结果 从数据可见，观察组患者的血糖水平控制效果优于对照组，对比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。与此同时，在患者的心功能各项指标的对比下，观察组患者也优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义。最后，在统计半年内患者心绞痛和低血糖的发生率上，可见观察组均较少发生，在生活质量的对比中，各个项目评分高于对照组，可见差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 采用社区护理管理对于老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的康复治疗效果显著，有助于稳定血糖和心功能水平，同时具有较高的可行性，患者容易接纳，值得在继承借鉴中发展。

| Abstract |
Objective The experiment will implement community nursing management for elderly patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus, to further improve the patients disease control results and ensure the quality of life. Methods A total of 156 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus were screened out in the study, and they were all admitted to our hospital for treatment from January 2021 to December 2021, and were grouped according to the principle of parallel control. The control group implemented routine nursing mode, while the observation group implemented community nursing management to compare nursing results. Results It can be seen from the data that the control effect of blood sugar level in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05). At the same time, the patients in the observation group were also better than those in the control group under the comparison of various indicators of cardiac function of the patients, and the difference was statistically significant. Finally, in the incidence of angina pectoris and hypoglycemia in the six months, it can be seen that the observation group has fewer occurrences. In the comparison of quality of life, the scores of each item are higher than the control group, and the difference is significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of community nursing management has a significant effect on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus, which is helpful to stabilize blood glucose and cardiac function levels.
