Objective To effectively improve the quality of clinical orthopedic nursing, reduce the incidenceof nurse patient disputes, and better protect the interests of both doctors and patients, to further explore theproblems in clinical orthopedic nursing and the improved nursing effect, and to provide reference for clinicalpractice. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 80 patients who received treatment in the orthopaedicdepartment of our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022. According to the order of receiving treatment, they wereequally divided into the control group, the observation group, which adopted routine nursing intervention andsorted out the problems in nursing work, and implemented nursing intervention after taking improvement measures.There were 40 patients in each group. The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of nurse patient disputes of thetwo groups were compared. Results The statistical study showed that after the two groups of patients adopteddifferent nursing methods, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of thecontrol group by sorting out the problems existing in the nursing work and taking improvement measures. Theincidence of nurse patient disputes was lower, and the data difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusions The analysis shows that the implementation of nursing intervention after the improvement measuresare taken to solve the problems in nursing work has significantly improved the quality of orthopedic nursing work,effectively reduced the incidence of nurse patient disputes, improved patient satisfaction, promoted the harmoniousrelationship between doctors and patients, and the nursing effect has significant clinical application value and highfeasibility.
