| 摘要 |
分析探讨针对性护理改善肛肠科术后肛门疼痛及排便的应用效果。方法 选取我院 2019年-2022 年肛肠科患者 982 例为观察对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用针对性护理，将两组护理后肛门疼痛情况与排便情况进行比较。结果 护理后观察组肛门疼痛度低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组首次排便时间与排便所用时间均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针对性护理能有效改善肛肠科术后肛门疼痛及排便情况，值得临床推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of targeted nursing to improve anal painand defecation after anorectal surgery. Methods 982 cases of anorectal patients in our hospital from 2019 to 2022were selected as the observation objects, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given targeted nursing care. Theanal pain and defecation after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the anal painin the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05);The first defecation time and defecation time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing can effectively improve analpain and defecation after anorectal surgery, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
