| 摘要 |
研究症状自我监控技能程式化训练对社区精神分裂患者康复所造成的影响；方法 选择某社区 60 名精神分裂症状患者开展随机分组，30 名患者开展每周一次的症状自我监控技能程式化训练，每次为 50 分钟，开展八周症状自我监控程式化训练，30 名患者采取常规康复，借助简明精神病定量表与社会功能缺陷筛选表就患者开展针对性评估；结果 就社区神经分裂康复患者应用症状自我监控技能程式化训练综合干预技术，能够有效控制精神症状，改进其社会功能，推动患者康复。结论 和入组时候相对比，第三个月与第 12 个月干预组之中患者社会功能缺陷筛选量表、简明精神病测定量表、社会表现量表分数取得显著改进。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect of stylized training of symptom self-monitoring skills onrehabilitation of schizophrenic patients in community. Method to choose a community of 60 patients withsymptoms of schizophrenia was a randomized, 30 patients in symptom self-monitoring skills stylized training oncea week, for 50 minutes every time, training of eight weeks symptom self-monitoring stylized, 30 patients adoptedroutine rehabilitation, with the aid of the scale and brief psychiatric social function defect screening table patientsin targeted assessment;.Results The application of symptom self-monitoring skills stylized training comprehensiveintervention technology in community neurotic rehabilitation patients can effectively control mental symptoms,improve their social function, and promote the rehabilitation of patients. Conclusion Compared with the enrollmenttime, the patient social function defect screening scale, concise mental illness measurement scale, and socialperformance scale scores in the third month and the 12th month of the intervention group were significantlyimproved
