| 摘要 |
观察在新冠肺炎定点医院院感防控护理的过程中将精细化管理模式进行运用的作用。方法 结合对比护理评估的方式展开分析，在 2022 年 4 月至 6 月期间选入我院收治患者中的 200 例为对象，盲选均分为 2 个护理小组，在对对照组患者治疗期间落实常规护理，作为对照组，在对剩下患者进行护理的过程中则将精细化管理进行运用，作为观察组。分析管理工作的具体效果。结果 结合对患者在治疗期间的护理满意度进行统计，观察组优于对照组，P<0.05。分析两组患者所处环境卫生检查合格情况，观察组合格率高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在进行新冠肺炎定点医院院感防控护理的过程中将精细化管理模式进行运用，可以有效提升感染防控工作的整体质量效果，增加患者对该方面管理工作的满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the role of fine management model in the process of hospital infectionprevention and control nursing in the designated hospital of COVID-19. Methods Combined with the way ofcomparative nursing evaluation, 200 patients selected into our hospital from April to June 2022 were selected as theobjects, and were divided into two nursing groups. Routine nursing was implemented during the treatment ofpatients in the control group as the control group, and refined management was used as the observation group in theprocess of nursing the remaining patients. Analyze the specific effect of management. Results According to thestatistics of patients satisfaction with nursing care during the treatment period, the observation group was superiorto the control group （P<0.05）.According to the analysis of the environmental sanitation examination qualificationof the two groups of patients, the combination rate was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionsThe application of refined management mode in the process of hospital infection prevention and control nursing inCOVID-19 designated hospitals can effectively improve the overall quality of infection prevention and controlwork and increase patients satisfaction with the management work in this area.
