| 摘要 |
探讨集束化护理策略在下肢深静脉血栓 Angiojet 机械血栓抽吸术中的应用效果。方法 选取 2020 年 10 月到 2021 年 5 月在本院行下肢深静脉血栓 Angiojet 机械血栓抽吸术的患者 50 例，采用计算机表法分为观察组和对照组，各 25 例。对照组按照常规介入手术护理配合，观察组运用集束化护理干预，以循证为基础，在医技护三方协作模式下构建适合此类介入手术的集束化护理策略，实施清单式术前评估管理、CICARE 沟通模式为基础的健康宣教、标准化术中护理配合流程、严格逐步逐项落实并监管改进。结果 观察组 Angiojet 机械血栓抽吸手术患者的在设定指标中评分，组间差异性显著，统计学意义存在（P＜0.05）。结论 在 Angiojet 机械血栓抽吸术中应用集束化护理策略，形成一套以循证为基础，有效、实用、可行的标准化流程，提高护理配合质量和效率、保障患者安全、提升患者就医体验。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing strategy in Angiojet mechanicalthrombectomy for lower extremity deep vein thrombosis. Methods From October 2020 to May 2021, 50 patientswho underwent Angiojet mechanical thrombectomy for deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities in our hospitalwere selected and divided into observation group and control group by computer table method, with 25 patients ineach group. The control group followed the routine intervention nursing cooperation, and the observation groupused the cluster nursing intervention, based on the evidence, to build a cluster nursing strategy suitable for suchintervention under the three party cooperation mode of medical technology and nursing, implemented the checklistbased preoperative evaluation management, health education based on CICARE communication mode,standardized intraoperative nursing cooperation process, strictly and gradually implemented and supervisedimprovement. Results In the observation group, the scores of patients undergoing Angiojet mechanical thrombusaspiration surgery in the set indicators were significantly different between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Theapplication of cluster nursing strategy in Angiojet mechanical thrombus aspiration can form an effective, practicaland feasible standardized process based on evidence, improve the quality and efficiency of nursing cooperation,ensure the safety of patients, and enhance the medical experience of patients.
