| 摘要 |
探讨全飞秒激光手术治疗近视散光的护理要点及干预效果。方法 将我院 2021 年 3 月-2022年 1 月 80 例全飞秒激光手术治疗近视散光患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施全方位护理。比较两组护理前后负性心理状态评分、满意度、手术过程配合度、并发症。结果 实验组负性心理状态评分低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，手术过程配合度高于对照组，并发症低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 全飞秒激光手术治疗近视散光患者实施全方位护理效果确切。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing points and intervention effect of full femtosecond laser surgeryfor myopia astigmatism. Methods 80 cases of myopic astigmatism were treated with full femtosecond laser surgeryfrom March 2021 to January 2022 in our hospital. The control group received routine nursing, while theexperimental group received all-round nursing. The scores of negative psychological state, satisfaction degree,cooperation degree and complications of the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results Thescores of negative psychological state in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, thesatisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the degree of cooperation in the operation process was higherthan that in the control group, and the complications were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of all - directional nursing in the treatment of myopic astigmatism with all - femtosecondlaser surgery is accurate.
