| 摘要 |
探讨综合护理干预对重症医学科呼吸机相关性肺炎的预防效果。方法 选取 2021 年 11月至 2022 年 6 月间我院重症医学科收入的 92 例应用呼吸机治疗的患者作为研究对象，将 92 例患者均分为参照组和研究组各 46 例，给予参照组患者常规护理干预，给予研究组患者综合护理干预，对比分析两组患者炎性反应指标情况、护理满意度、护理效果与睡眠质量，进一步分析综合护理对重症医学科呼吸机相关性肺炎的预防效果。结果 经数据分析，研究组患者护理后炎性反应指标情况、睡眠质量均显著优于参照组，护理效果与护理满意度也均明显优于参照组，上述数据差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对重症医学科采用呼吸机治疗的患者采用综合护理干预可促进患者康复，可降低患者发生相关性肺炎的风险，可提高患者睡眠质量和护理满意度，有利于改善患者预后、避免发生医患纠纷，值得进一步推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the prevention effect of comprehensive nursing intervention onventilator-associated pneumonia in intensive care unit. Methods From November 2021 to June 2022, 92 patientswho received ventilator treatment in the intensive care unit of our hospital were selected as the research objects.The 92 patients were divided into the reference group and the study group, with 46 cases in each group. Thepatients in the reference group were given routine nursing intervention, and the patients in the study group weregiven comprehensive nursing intervention. The inflammatory response indicators, nursing satisfaction, nursingeffect and sleep quality of the two groups were compared and analyzed, and the preventive effect of comprehensivenursing on ventilator-associated pneumonia in intensive care unit was further analyzed. Results After data analysis,the inflammatory response index and sleep quality of patients in the study group were significantly better than thosein the reference group, and the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction were also significantly better than those in thereference group, and the differences in the above data were statistically significant (P < 0.05). ConclusionsComprehensive nursing intervention for patients treated with ventilator in intensive care unit can promote therehabilitation of patients, reduce the risk of associated pneumonia, improve the sleep quality and nursingsatisfaction of patients, help to improve the prognosis of patients and avoid doctor-patient disputes, which is worthyof further promotion.
