探索延伸护理在内科慢性病管理中的实践应用效果

| 摘要 |
探索在内科慢性病管理中应用延伸护理干预的实践效果。方法 此次研究对象选取来我医院接受治疗的 40 例内科慢性病患者，将其随机分成观察组与对照组各有 20 例，治疗期间对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者则添加延伸护理干预，详细对比两组最终取得的临床护理效果。结果 护理后，观察组患者对健康知识掌握度、遵医用药行为以及日常自我管理能力与对照组相比均显著提升，最终患者的慢性病控制效果以及生存质量改善效果均优于对照组，两组结果对比存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 将延伸护理干预应用于内科慢性病管理中，可有效提高临床护理管理质量，增强患者的认知度及自我管理能力，从而提高患者疾病控制效果，改善患者生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the practical effect of applying extended nursing intervention in chronicdisease management in internal medicine. Methods The research subjects selected 40 patients with chronicdiseases in our hospital and randomly divided them into 20 patients in the observation group and the control group.During the treatment, the patients in the observation group added extended nursing intervention to compare theclinical nursing effect of the two groups in detail. Results After nursing, the patients in the observation grouphealthknowledge, medical compliance behavior and daily self-management ability were significantly improved comparedwith the control group, and the chronic disease control effect and improved quality of life were better than those ofthe control group, and the results of the two groups were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Extending nursingintervention to internal chronic disease management can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursingmanagement, enhance patient awareness and self-management ability, and thus improve the effect of diseasecontrol effect and quality of life of patients.
