| 摘要 |
评价延续性护理模式对改善社区女性围绝经期综合征的效果。方法 在① 2021.1.1---2022.12.31 将收治的 160 例来自于医联体平台上（三级医院就诊数据）围绝经期综合征患者进行分析，对比干预前后的各项指标情况，对比②干预前后 kupperman 评分和焦虑、抑郁评分。结果 干预后患者的 kupperman评分较干预前比较有所改善；干预后患者的焦虑、抑郁评分低于干预前，组间患者对比后的差异性与统计学意义符合（P<0.05）。结论 为社区女性围绝经期综合征提供延续性护理模式，临床应用效果良好，能使患者的不良情绪不断改善，保证患者生活质量的提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To evaluate the effect of the continuation care model on improving the perimenopausalsyndrome of women in the community. Methods From Jan 2020 to Jan 2022,160 patients with perimenopausalsyndrome were admitted from the medical consortium platform (tertiary hospital treatment data) and analyzed, andthe intervention was realized according to the randomized method. Of these, 80 were pre-intervention and 80 werepost-intervention. The kupperman scores and the anxiety and depression scores were compared. Results Thekupperman score of patients improved compared with that before intervention; the anxiety and depression scoreswere lower than that before intervention, and the statistical significance was consistent (P <0.05). ConclusionProviding continuous nursing mode for perimenopausal syndrome in the community has good clinical applicationeffect, which can continuously improve patients bad mood and improve the quality of life.
