摘要
探讨健康教育在耐药肺结核护理中的应用。方法 将我所 2020年 3月-2022 年 1 月 80例耐药肺结核患者,双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理,实验组实施常规护理配合健康教育。比较两组护理前后自我管理能力评分水平、不良情绪相关指标、治疗依从性、耐药肺结核疾病知识认知、用药方案认知。结果 实验组自我管理能力评分水平高于对照组,不良情绪相关指标低于对照组,治疗依从性高于对照组,耐药肺结核疾病知识认知、用药方案认知高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 耐药肺结核患者实施常规护理配合健康教育效果确切。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of health education in the nursing of drug-resistantpulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 80 patients with drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital fromMarch 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given routine nursing and health education. The scores of self-managementability, related indicators of bad emotions, treatment compliance, knowledge of drug-resistant pulmonarytuberculosis, and drug use plan were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The scorelevel of self-management ability in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the relatedindexes of bad mood were lower than that in the control group, the treatment compliance was higher than that in thecontrol group, and the knowledge of drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis and drug use plan were higher thanthose in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of routine nursing combined with health education fordrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients is definite.
