| 摘要 |
分析 PDCA 循环护理管理用于心血管内科的价值。方法 对 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 9 月本院心血管内科接诊病人（n=84）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各 42 人，前者采取 PDCA 循环护理管理法，后者行常规护理。对比不良事件等指标。结果 关于不良事件，试验组发生率 2.38%，和对照组数据 16.67%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于护理质量这个指标：试验组数据（98.05±0.93）分，和对照组数据（91.78±2.54）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于满意度，试验组数据 97.62%，和对照组数据 80.95%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于医疗纠纷，试验组发生率 0.0%，和对照组数据 9.52%相比更低（P＜0.05）。结论 心血管内科用 PDCA循环护理管理，不良事件发生率更低，护理质量提升更为迅速，满意度改善更加明显，医疗纠纷也更少。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of PDCA cycle nursing management in cardiovascular medicine.Methods A total of 84 patients （n=84） admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of our hospitalfrom January 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 42patients in each group. The former received PDCA cycle nursing management method, while the latter receivedroutine nursing. Adverse events and other indicators were compared. Results The incidence of adverse events inthe experimental group was 2.38%, which was higher than that in the control group (16.67%) (P < 0.05). As for thenursing quality index, the score of the experimental group （98.05±0.93） was higher than that of the control group(91.78±2.54) (P < 0.05). In terms of satisfaction, 97.62% of the experimental group was higher than 80.95% of thecontrol group (P < 0.05). The incidence of medical disputes in the experimental group was 0.0%, which was lowerthan 9.52% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion PDCA cycle nursing management in cardiovasculardepartment has lower incidence of adverse events, more rapid improvement of nursing quality, more obviousimprovement of satisfaction, and less medical disputes.
