| 摘要 |
通过对一例食管癌术后合并白塞病患者应用罗伊适应模式对病例进行评估、分析和研究。在此研究中，将对患者诊治经过、疾病的生理病理、适应模式的基本概念进行解释。评估患者受到的刺激及行为表现，进行分析找出存在问题，应用护理程序的方法书写护理计划，有效控制病情，减少并发症，提高治疗效果。

| Abstract |
A case of Behcets disease after esophageal cancer surgery was evaluated, analyzed and studiedwith Roy adaptation model. In this study, the basic concepts of patients diagnosis and treatment process, diseasephysiology and pathology, and adaptation mode will be explained. Evaluate the stimulation and behavior of patients,analyze and find out the existing problems, write the nursing plan by using the method of nursing procedures,effectively control the condition, reduce complications, and improve the treatment effect.
