However, as far as construction site management is concerned, there is still a long way to go in the direction of careful supervision and management. Based on the authors many years of construction management experience, from the perspective of construction companies, the project will be brought into the important scope of supervision and management, this paper systematically discusses the engineering management system, technology optimization, fine management of raw materials, facilities management and so on, such as: Careful Supervision and management of Progress, quality and construction safety. At present, fine management is not only a key stage in engineering construction, but also the foundation for the development of construction companies. The implementation of fine engineering management helps to ensure the accuracy and rationality of engineering construction links, thus effectively reducing disputes in the implementation process, and at the same time, improve construction efficiency, promote the sustainable development of engineering construction.
