| 摘要 |
探析慢性肺心病患者在急性加重期时的 ICU 护理干预措施及效果。方法 选取2020年10月-2021年10月期间在我院 ICU 治疗的86例慢性肺心病患者，随机分组，对照组进行常规护理；研究组进行 ICU 护理。结果 研究组患者的护理满意度为95.35%显著高于对照组的79.07%，差异P<0.05有统计学意义。结论 ICU 护理干预用于急性加重期肺心病患者的临床满意度较高，有助于患者病情的康复，临床推广价值加高。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the ICU nursing intervention measures and effects in patients with chronic cor pulmonary in acute exacerbation period. Methods: A total of 86 patients with chronic cor pulmonary treated in ICU of our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, and the control group received routine nursing. The study group received ICU care. Results: The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 95.35% significantly higher than 79.07% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: ICU nursing intervention for patients with acute exacerbation of cor pulmonary has high clinical satisfaction, which is helpful to the rehabilitation of patients, and the value of clinical promotion is increased.
