Purpose: To analyze the effect of elastic bandage on preventing skin injury at pressure part of pneumatic tourniquet. Methods: A total of 100 patients who underwent lower extremity surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects, Grouping by dynamic randomization (Experimental group and control group), 50 cases/group. Select time: From November 2018 to November 2020. Both groups were treated with pneumatic tourniquet, Patients in the control group were treated with ordinary bandages as padding. Elastic bandage was used as the liner in the experimental group. After statistical analysis of the collected data, The occurrence of skin adverse reactions and the satisfaction of nursing staff in operating room were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of skin adverse reactions during treatment in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).4.00% and 18.00%, respectively; The satisfaction of operating room nurses in experimental group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05).98.00% and 80.00%, respectively; Conclusion: Elastic bandages can effectively prevent skin damage where the pressure tourniquet is pressed, The satisfaction of nursing staff was high. Clinical adoption is recommended.
