| 摘要 |
探究阿托伐他汀钙联合依折麦布药物治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法 本次调研中，筛选2020.2-2022.2期间，本院接诊治疗的80例冠心病患者，依据随机分配，所有患者被划分成两组，一组是参照组（n=40），一组是实验组（n=40）。对比两组治疗效果。结果 基于显效、有效、无效指标，对比两组患者治疗效果，从数据统计分析可知，参照组，其治疗有效率为75%（30/40），实验组，其治疗有效率为97%（39/40），组间数值对比，差异显著（P＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论 阿托伐他汀钙联合依折麦布药物治疗冠心病的临床效果极佳，改善患者血脂，减少不良反应，安全可靠，建议临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with ezetimibe in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods In this investigation, 80 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital during 2020.2-2022.2 were selected. According to the random distribution, all patients were divided into two groups, one was the reference group (n=40), and the other was the experimental group (n=40). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results Based on the significant, effective and ineffective indicators, the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared. From the statistical analysis of the data, the therapeutic effective rate of the reference group was 75% (30/40), and that of the experimental group was 97% (39/40). The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with ezetimibe in the treatment of coronary heart disease is excellent. It is safe and reliable to improve the blood lipid of patients, reduce adverse reactions, and it is recommended to promote the clinical application.
