| 摘要 |
研究胃镜活检高级别上皮内瘤变的临床病理诊断价值。方法 选择2022年1月至2022年9月到某院治疗胃癌60例，将病理诊断作为金标准，分析胃镜活检高级别上皮内瘤变的临床病理诊断结果。结果 在接受手术之后病理诊断发现诊断准确率为100.00%，而胃镜活检发现诊断准确率为96.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 胃镜活检高级别上皮内瘤变价值较高，值得运用。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the clinicopathological diagnostic value of high grade intraepithelial neoplasia (HIT) by gastroscopic biopsy. Methods From January 2022 to September 2022, 60 cases of gastric cancer were treated in a hospital. The pathological diagnosis was taken as the gold standard, and the clinicopathological diagnosis results of high grade intraepithelial neoplasia by gastroscopic biopsy were analyzed. Results After operation, the accuracy of pathological diagnosis was 100.00%, while that of gastroscopic biopsy was 96.00% (P<0.05). Conclusion High grade intraepithelial neoplasia of gastroscopic biopsy is of high value and worth using.
