Objective To observe the role of common nursing combined with risk management in the nursing of patients with acute viral meningitis. Methods Combined with the way of comparative nursing inquiry, 88 patients were included in the analysis, which was carried out from February 2021 to May 2022. According to the double blind method, they were divided into the control group (44 cases, routine nursing support) and the observation group (44 cases, routine nursing support+risk management). The nursing effect and quality of the two groups were analyzed. Results The nursing quality scores of the two groups during treatment were compared. The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in terms of communication ability, nursing documents, nursing skills and service attitude, P<0.05. The incidence of risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). By comparing the nursing satisfaction and hospitalization time of the two groups, the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing of patients with acute viral meningitis according to routine nursing+risk management can effectively improve the quality of nursing in this respect, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and help patients recover.
