循证护理在银屑病患者皮肤护理管理中的应用效果

摘要	循证护理在银屑病患者皮肤护理管理中的应用效果。方法实验于2020年1月至2020年12月期间选择88例因银屑病前来我院就诊的病人进行调研，参与本次调研病人均接受对症治疗，在治疗期间搭配护理干预。按照护理举措将其命名为常规组、研究组，每组均纳入44例病人。常规组在本次调研中所采用的护理方案为传统常规护理，研究组所采用的护理方案为循证护理。总结与探究2种护理方案实施效果。结果护理后常规组生活质量评分有所提高，与护理前相比有一定差异，（P<0.05）；护理后研究组生活质量评分有所提高，与护理前相比有一定差异，（P<0.05）。虽然经过护理，常规组与研究组生活质量评分改善，但常规组生活质量评分仍然低于研究组，两组对照差异明显，（P<0.05）。结论循证护理在银屑病患者皮肤护理管理中实施效果优异，此方案值得临床应用与普及。
Abstract	Objective To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing in skin nursing management of patients with psoriasis. Methods from January 2020 to December 2020, 88 patients who came to our hospital for treatment due to psoriasis were selected for investigation. All patients participating in this investigation received symptomatic treatment and nursing intervention during the treatment period. According to the nursing measures, they were named as routine group and research group, and 44 patients were included in each group. The nursing scheme adopted by the routine group in this survey is traditional routine nursing, and the nursing scheme adopted by the research group is evidence-based nursing. Summarize and explore the implementation effect of two nursing schemes. Results after nursing, the score of quality of life in routine group was improved, which was different from that before nursing (P < 0.05); After nursing, the score of quality of life in the study group was improved, which was different from that before nursing (P < 0.05). Although the scores of quality of life in the routine group and the study group were improved after nursing, the scores of quality of life in the routine group were still lower than those in the study group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion evidence based nursing has an excellent effect in the skin nursing management of patients with psoriasis. This scheme is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
