| 摘要 |
分析临床干预老年脑梗死症状患者居家康复期间，予以PDCA循环护理模式依从性探究。方法 研究选取我院2021年1月开始，直至2022年8月截止，期间共计纳入患者60例，参与研究，并依照其护理服务，作为分组标准，研究组予以PDCA循环居家护理（30）例，对照组予以常规延续护理（30）例，比较患者不良事件发生率，遵医行为等。结果 对照组患者不良事件发生率较高，研究组患者遵医行为优于对照组，组间开展比较分析差异性显著，P＜0.05。结论 临床干预老年脑梗死患者居家护理期间，予以PDCA循环护理服务，具有极高的临床应用价值，提高有效提高患者依从性，减少不良事件发生率，值得临床广泛推荐使用。

| Abstract |
Objective to analyze the compliance of PDCA circulation nursing mode in the home rehabilitation of elderly patients with cerebral infarction symptoms. Methods from January 2021 to August 2022, a total of 60 patients were enrolled in the study. According to their nursing services, the study group was given PDCA cycle home care (30 cases) and the control group was given routine continuous care (30 cases). The incidence of adverse events and medical compliance behavior of patients were compared. Results the incidence of adverse events was higher in the control group, and the compliance behavior of patients in the study group was better than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups through comparative analysis (P < 0.05). Conclusion PDCA circulation nursing service is of great clinical application value during the home nursing period of clinical intervention in elderly patients with cerebral infarction, which can effectively improve patients compliance and reduce the incidence of adverse events, and is worthy of wide clinical recommendation.
