| 摘要 |
分析研究针对妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的治疗，在围术期实施多学科协作结合精益护理体现出的效果。方法 于2019年6月-2021年6月在我院进行手术治疗的64例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者，按照抽签法将患者分为参照组与联合组，每组各32例。参照组在围术期实施益护理，联合组在精益护理基础上实施多学科协作护理。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组治疗依从性为93.75%，高于对照组78.13%(P<0.05)；护理后，观察组患者HAMA､HAMD评分均有所降低(P<0.05)，与对照组相比，观察组评分更低(P<0.05)；护理满意度调查表明，观察组(96.88%)高于对照组(71.88%)，P<0.05。结论 针对妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的治疗，在围术期实施多学科协作结合精益护理体现出的效果，可以有效提升患者的治疗依从性，改善心理状态，提升护理满意度，体现出推广应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze and study the effect of multidisciplinary collaboration combined with lean nursing in the perioperative period for the treatment of pregnancy complicated with uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 64 pregnant patients with uterine fibroids who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were divided into the reference group and the combined group according to the lottery method, with 32 cases in each group. The reference group was given benefit nursing during the perioperative period, while the combined group was given multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on the basis of lean nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was 93.75%, which was higher than 78.13% of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were decreased (P<0.05), and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction survey showed that the observation group (96.88%) was higher than the control group (71.88%),P<0.05. Conclusion For the treatment of pregnancy complicated with uterine fibroids, the effect of multidisciplinary collaboration combined with lean nursing in the perioperative period can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients, improve the psychological state, improve nursing satisfaction, and reflect the promotion and application value.
